If you have less than 40 lbs., mailing in your films may be a good option for you.
The following terms and conditions apply to mailed in films:
1) You will NOT receive a HIPAA certificate of destruction. Mailing options are not guaranteed to be HIPAA compliant, and we have no control over the materials enroute.
2) You are responsible for shipping costs.
3) To save on shipping costs, we recommend removing the films from folders, jackets and discarding all paper before mailing.
4) A 1 lb. minimum is required to receive compensation.
5) To receive compensation, you must fill out the packing slip and include it in the package with the films.
6) We will only accept clean dental films. Dental films in mounts, sleeves, folders, w/foils, etc. will not be accepted. Do not mail them in. Clean dental films are films only.
7) When applicable, compensation will be via a mailed check. Pay to information must be filled out on the packing slip to receive compensation.
8) All materials received are subject to inspection for weight and type verification.
9) We only accept silver bearing films. See the below film types for details.
10) Compensation will only be issued for silver bearing film negatives.
11) We do not accept film positives.
12) We do not accept wet or damaged films.
13) Compensation checks will be issued no later than 30 days after materials are received.
